Strength or Hybrid Coaching

Are you training for a big goal or coming back from injury and want some hybrid training or just gym strength?

Personalized coaching can be key to staying healthy, coming back from injury and training for a specific goal. Hybrid training combines cardio fitness (whichever your prefer) and strength training. All coaching is personalized with plenty of communication with me, Katelyn!

This is a great option if you want to continue hybrid training after you have completed the 12-week Big Mountain Movement program.
